Who We Are
We are a Calvary Chapel Church Plant located in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. This small group of believers led by Senior Pastor Donnie Jones met in April 2023, studying the Bible together verse by verse with roots stemming from Calvary Chapel Crystal River and Calvary Chapel Chester Springs. We currently meet together at Kitty Hawk Baptist on Sunday Evenings and Thursday Evenings.
Senior Pastor Donnie Jones and his wife Krystal are natives of the Outer Banks, growing up on the southern end of Hatteras Island. Senior Pastor Jones was raised up in Calvary Chapel and was ordained and sent out after serving at Calvary Chapel Crystal River in Florida under the Headship of Christ Jesus, Senior Pastor Stephen Cummings, and Associate Pastor Cory Saul.
Wondering what to expect when coming to one of our services? We welcome anyone who wants to fellowship with us and to worship God. We meet in the sanctuary of Kitty Hawk Baptist Church and begin with worshipping God through music. Some evenings, if we do not have the opportunity to lead in music, we come together in prayer. What makes Calvary Chapel distinct is the way we teach the Bible, a verse-by-verse study, walking through from Genesis to Revelation.
